Each apartment is equipped with a bed, a table and chairs, a fitted kitchen, a desk and a closet.
All our apartments consist of a living room/bedroom and a private bathroom. The available sizes start at 21 m² and end at 44 m²
As the property is a student residence, the apartments are rented exclusively to students, in a few cases also to trainees.

The ancillary costs are charged at a flat rate and also cover electricity and internet usage in addition to the usual operating costs. The exact rental prices vary according to the size of the apartment and can be provided on request.
The deposit is 3 net cold rents.
No, GEZ fees are not included in the service charges.
After a minimum rental period of 12 months, the contract can be terminated with three months' notice.
A parking space in our underground garage can be rented at any time. Bicycle racks are available to our tenants free of charge.
Washing machines are available to our tenants in a communal laundry room, which can be conveniently operated at any time using an app.
There is a streetcar stop directly in front of the apartment building. Streetcar line 11 goes directly to the city center and the university.
A Netto supermarket and a bakery are located directly on the first floor of the building. Numerous restaurants, cafés and Karl Liebknecht Strasse with a wide range of different stores are within walking distance.
Our property management will be happy to take care of your concerns. In addition to telephone and e-mail contact, there is the option of a personal meeting in the office on site once a week. Our janitor is also always there for you and is happy to help with small repairs.
